You are the TIMinator!  

Your mission is to improve student learning in your math or reading target area, using your collaborative group's  indicator as a leverage point.   

You will use the machines (TIM) to identify your prime targets:   Groups of students who have special needs and individual students who are at risk.

1.  Review of logging in 
  • home.pusd into the URL window
  • efudd, you decided upon your login - (If you have trouble contact Stacey Campo to have it reset.)

2.  GO to ANALYZE

3.  Sort your students.  

You may want to sort your classes according to periods. (The screen will change and then you will see just the class period you selected.)

  • Scroll to the State Standardized Tests section at the bottom
  • Select CST Reports
  • Chose appropriate tests for your focus area (PL is percentile, SS is standard score). 
  • Then hit "Run Query"

3. Take note:   Generally, how does your group of students fall?  

4.  Locate students with greatest needs -Use the color coding.  Mandated and Recommend Intervention.  

3.  Look at sub groups of  students by using the STUDENT DEMOGRAPHIC FILTERS.  Do you see any patterns?
