1.  Review the tutorial, Making Insulin.

2.  Yes Do- Review the tutorial, Amplifying, PCR animation. 

skip What are the steps (list at least 6) in amplifying DNA using this method? 

3.  Yes do-Review the tutorial, Human Identification. 

skip Explain DNA Fingerprinting (short paragraph).  Compare and contrast "the first DNA fingerprints" with today's fingerprinting technique used by the FBI.

q   DNA Basics Quiz (Ch 20) will be given 1-10-06 See below for study hints.
