Charlie Garten, executive director
of the Educational Technology and Information Services department of our school
district spent the last week of February in Washington, DC at the CoSN meeting.
He said it was the most informative meeting he's been to in several years - both
national and international. There he was briefed on position papers from
Germany, Japan, France, and Chile. He also started to build connections for
school-to-school relationships with Brazil, Japan, and Canada.
