WHAT IS PACE? The Poway Academy for Classified Employees (PACE) was established to develop leadership and supervisory skills for classified employees. Through the use of engaging speakers and participant interaction, PACE will help you climb the ladder towards your career goals. PACE is a series of six one-and-a half day sessions, scheduled monthly throughout the year, design to support and build leadership and facilitate career development. In addition, PACE participants will be eligible to join the Mentor Program, assisting others around the district as they develop their skills. WHO IS PACE FOR?
